I have heard that taking Vitamin C in large amounts is beneficial. Should I take more than the recommended amount of C-Lyte daily?
We recommend taking 1 capsule of C-Lyte daily for good health. Recent studies, however, show that taking greater doses of Vitamin C may be beneficial. Many customers often take more C-Lyte per day as needed for immune system support.
